Terms of Service

1. The service

Supapost is a creator campaign operations platform for brand setup, AI-assisted campaign planning, creator participation and messaging, content review, certified publishing connections, submission verification, evidence-backed rewards, wallet credit, and payout tracking on an enabled route.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to hold an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Campaigns, escrow, and payouts

Funding, reward, wallet, and payout terms are defined in the applicable order form and campaign rules. Performance-linked rewards require eligible verified Instagram evidence and sufficiently fresh metrics.

4. Content and conduct

When you submit or publish content through Supapost you agree that:

• You own or have the rights to the content you submit.
• Sponsored content must carry the disclosures required by law and platform policies.
• Engagement must be organic — purchasing engagement or using automation to inflate metrics is prohibited and forfeits related rewards.
• Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.

5. Creator agreement

When you participate in a campaign as a creator, you agree to follow the campaign brief, submit original work by the agreed deadline, make required sponsorship disclosures, and provide accurate payout and performance information.

Campaign-specific deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, approval terms, and rewards shown before you accept a campaign form part of this agreement. Supapost may withhold or reverse rewards tied to fraudulent engagement, rights violations, or material breach of those terms.

6. AI features

AI-assisted campaign planning and creative preparation require human review. People remain responsible for publishing, verification exceptions, rewards, and payout decisions.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with escrowed funds handled according to the applicable campaign policies and law.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Supapost in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
