Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Supapost platform operated by Supapost Labs. By creating an account or using supapost.app you agree to them.

1. The service

Supapost is a platform where brands plan and run creator-marketing campaigns and creators participate in them. Features include AI-assisted campaign planning, creator matching, content review, publishing, performance measurement, and payout processing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to hold an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Campaigns, escrow, and payouts

Brands fund campaign budgets into escrow before campaigns go live. Rewards are released to creators according to the campaign's stated reward policy once performance is verified by our systems. Platform fees and take-rates are disclosed on the pricing page or in your order form.

4. Content and conduct

When you submit or publish content through Supapost you agree that:

  • You own or have the rights to the content you submit.
  • Sponsored content must carry the disclosures required by law and platform policies.
  • Engagement must be organic — purchasing engagement or using automation to inflate metrics is prohibited and forfeits related rewards.
  • Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.

5. AI features

AI-generated plans, matches, and recommendations are assistive. You are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign decisions, budgets, and content before they take effect.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with escrowed funds handled according to the applicable campaign policies and law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Supapost in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
