This policy describes how Supapost Labs ("Supapost", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Supapost platform.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:

  • Account details — name, email address, company, and role when you create an account or book a demo.
  • Connected platform data — when you link a social account, we receive profile and performance metrics from that platform, limited to the scopes you authorize.
  • Campaign and transaction data — briefs, submissions, approvals, budgets, and payout records created on the platform.
  • Usage data — device, browser, and interaction logs used to keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the campaign workflow: planning campaigns, coordinating participation, reviewing submissions, operating certified publishing connections, verifying Instagram evidence, maintaining reward and wallet state, tracking enabled payouts, preventing abuse, and providing support. AI-assisted planning processes campaign context to prepare drafts for human review.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private campaign data to benefit other customers, and creators' negotiated rates remain private to the parties involved.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, analytics, communications), with the counterparty of your campaigns as needed to operate them (for example, a brand sees the submissions of creators in its campaign), and where required by law.

5. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and logged. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and financial-record obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
